DeleteWell... It could be about a west-boy getting to Japan/korea, he'd get drugs for a dept, cause he had no money, he tries to get to the us without paying the rent but gets spotted by them. They try to kill him, but he gets under the police protection. Police makes him look like a British woman. However the mafia spot him again, and capture him. The godfather decides to kill him, but the consiglere stops him telling him he could get him money back and even more if he brings him to Japan/Korea and forces him into sexslavery after a cool thing to including a sexchange and breasts implementation. They do it, after that he gets fucked by a corupt police officer. She tries to tell him all what was happening, but he the cop tells them everything, and he gets punished by getting his vocal cords removed... But nevertheless the police finds finally out about the ilegality and rescue hsm( you'd have to make a story up). Unfortunately the damage has been done and the surgery's are irreversible.
